200 gmgrated panner
3boiled aloo
2green chillies
as neededginger
as neededCorinder leaves
1 tspCumin seeds
1/2 tspgaram masala
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspcoriander powder
to tasteSalt

Steps

2 tablespoon oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, green chillies, ginger,...saute

Add mashed potatoes and stir and add masalas and spices and then paneer,add daniya also.

Take this mixture and give shape of tikkis. Shallow fry them in a pan till golden brown.

Garnish with carrots,lemon 🍋 etc.
