Ingredients

  1. 3medium or large green, red or yellow bell peppers
  2. 1 lblean ground turkey or beef
  3. 15 oztub ricotta cheese
  4. 1 1/2 cupspinach leaves
  5. 2-3garlic cloves
  6. 1medium onion
  7. 1/2 tspItalian seasoning
  8. 14.5 ozfire roasted tomatoes
  9. 1 tspchicken soup base
  10. 1 tspWorcestershire sauce
  11. to taste Salt and pepper
  12. Parmesan cheese

Steps

    Pre heat oven 375 degrees...
    My kitchen doesn't look like this anymore. 🤣

    In a large skillet, add your garlic, onion and brown your turkey or beef.

  3. 3

    Add your ricotta cheese and spinach, Italian seasoning, fire roasted tomatoes, soup base, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Give it a great stir and make sure your spinach is wilted.

    Now cut the tops off bell peppers and pull seeds out. Place on a baking sheet. Stuff your peppers full. Use the rest of the filling around your peppers. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.

    Cook for 30 minutes. Enjoy!

So if you didn't know this already, we Southerners are pretty set in our ways when it comes to cooking certain dishes.We also don't measure seasonings. It's delicious.2. It's fun.3. Healthier living.4. Gets me out of my own head for a little bit and calms my mind.5. Trying new things.6. Making up my own recipes.7. I get to share my recipes with others.8. Making memories.9. It's a continuous learning process.10. Cheaper than eating out.11. It saves the expenses.12. Makes me a happier person.13.
