Ingredients

  • Rocket, washed and dried
  • 1boiled egg (you can even buy them in shop nowadays!)
  • Or boil and peel your own egg
  • Chopped pancetta or bacon
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil egg. Peel egg. Wash rocket. Fry pancetta using no oil until browned. Plate up. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar all over. I didn't use salt because the pancetta is salty enough. Enjoy 😀
