Ingredients

200 mlGreek yogurt(honey)
Juice of 1 orange
1/4 cupmix berries(some to garnish)
2 tbsphoney
Rind of a lemon
Some white & Dark chocolate chips(optional)
Greaseproof paper

Prepare all the ingredients

In a pot put the chopped berries, orange juice,honey,some lemon rind. Mix & cook this till thick

Once ready keep it aside to cool completely

Now take a plate & put greaseproof paper on it. Dollop the yogurt

Using a spatula evenly spread it out. Make a thick spred

Now take the cool berry mixture & put spoonfuls on the yogurt & add some lemon rind

Using a skewer swirl it around giving a marbling effect. Then add the reserved berries chopped. Add the chocolate chips also

Put this tray in the freezer & let it set for 2 hours. You can check if more setting time is required

Once set, break off into bark pieces & enjoy on a hot summers day

You can transfer it in a tin & keep in the freezer
