Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgMutton small pieces minced
  2. 1/2 tspGinger garlic paste
  3. to taste red chilli powder
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 2 tbspbesan
  6. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  7. 1/2 tspGaram Masala powder
  8. 2green chillies chopped
  9. handfulCoriander leaves
  10. as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mince meat and grind it.
    Now add all the masalas.Keep aside for 5-10 mins
    Now take lemon sized meat and form into a ball
    Drop each ball in hot oil and fry until the koftas are properly cooked.
