Apply oil all over the brinjal and roast it on medium flame

Once it is adequately roasted keep aside to cool.
Now in a bowl add onion, coriander leaves, chilli, salt mix it nicely. - 3
Now the brinjal and remove the skin. Mash it add it the mixture of onion and coriander leaves.
Mix well add lemon juice and serve.
