Steps

Take flour in a big bowl. Add salt, ajoin mangraila.Mux well and Knead with water. Make it's dough. Keep it aside.

Take sattu in other bowl. Add all ingredient in bowl. Add little water and mix well. Mixture should be dry. Stuffing is ready.

Take a dough. Fill sattu stuffing and make it ball shape. Row litti is ready. Repeat same process for other litti.

Put gas tandoor over gas and heat. Now put row litti over tandoor and bake it from all sides. Litti is ready.

Serve with Ghee, Potato chokha, Tomato Chokha and Brinjal Chokha.
