Peel the potatoes

Wash them throughly

Slice them with slicer

Dip them in cold water for an hour

Drain water and Pat them dry

Heat the oil

Now fry the slices till became crispy

Now make a masala by adding salt red chilli and chicken powder

Sprinkle it over the crisp
