Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupsemolina
  2. 1/2 cuphot water
  3. 3boiled potatoes
  4. 3 tbspcoriander
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  7. 1/2 tspjeera powder
  8. 1/2 tspsalt oil

Steps

  1. 1

      Mix ½ cup of semolina & ½ cup of hot water. Rest for 15 minutes & mix it well.
      -
      Add 3 boiled potatoes, 3 tbsp coriander, 1 tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp jeera powder & ½ tsp salt into it. Prepare fine dough.

      Grease you hand with oil & lift a small lump from the dough. Make a long log with hands.
      -
      Fry it until golden brown. Serve hot with your favorite sauce!
