Ingredients

1 bowl
  • 100 gmbottle gourd
  • 2raw banana
  • 1long brinjal
  • 1/2raw papaya
  • 2potato
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • 1green chilli
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp oil or ghee
  • as neededcoriander leaves for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel, cut in small chunks and boil all the vegetables along with salt

    Heatup a pan Add oil. put mustard seeds and cumin to splutter. Add boiled vegetables and turmeric powder and coriander powder

    Mix and add milk and give a boil

    Garnish with chopped coriander and enjoy with roti or paratha
