Ingredients

  • 3/4 CupJaggery
  • 1/4 tspPowdered Cardamom
  • 1 3/4 cupMillet Flour
  • 1/4 cupghee
  • 1/2 tspDry Ginger Powder
  • 2Black Peppers Powdered
  • 2Almonds Sliced

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt Ghee in a container on medium flame. Add Millet Flour to it and roast it till red for 3- minutes.

    Add other dry ingredients and Jaggery to the roasted flour

    Mixed well till the Jaggery melts mixed well with the flour

    Spread it evenly and garnish it with sliced Almonds. Cut it into pieces when warm. It is ready to be enjoyed!.
