Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1 cupfresh mushrooms, sliced (about 70 grams)
  • 1 cupmixed lettuce, chopped (about 50 grams)
  • 3small flour tortillas
  • Worcestershire sauce, to taste
  • Maggi seasoning sauce, to taste
  • Salsa, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and thoroughly clean the mushrooms and lettuce. Rinse well.

  2. 2

    In a skillet over medium-high heat, add the mushrooms. After about 40 seconds, add a few drops of Worcestershire sauce and Maggi seasoning. Stir and cook to your preferred doneness for the mushrooms.

  3. 3

    Warm the tortillas. Fill with the mushrooms and lettuce, and they're ready!

  4. 4

    You can add more of your favorite veggies and some salsa. Enjoy!
