Add whipped cream and cold milk in a bowl and mix on high speed using mixer until fluffy then add the chocolate syrup and mix again

Add then chocolate cake crumbs in a disposable cups then add the whipped cream and repeat the process untill the cup is almost full then add the chocolate chips and refrigerate for 10mint then serve n enjoy
