Whip the cream on medium speed until soft peaks form.

Pour the condensed milk into the whipped cream and whip on high speed till the mixture is thick and stiff peaks form.

Stir in vanilla essence and strawberry puree. Mix until combined and even in colour.

Put mixture in an airtight container and freeze overnight. Eat the next day.
