Hawawshi with Ground Beef in the Oven 😍 with Photos and Details
Yesterday was Friday 😍, which means a family gathering with my mom 💖💖🤩. Since Cookpad is having a ground beef challenge, I gave them options for dishes with ground beef, and hawawshi was the winner 😂😍😋. Of course, the oven kept our house warm yesterday because of the snow 😂. It's a beautiful and easy dish, and I highly recommend it 💯✔👌.

Mix the beef, onions, and all the spices well. Add the diced tomatoes and peppers and stir them together.

Take the bread, open it as shown in the picture, place a ball of meat inside, and spread it out in the pita.

Take a baking sheet or large tray, grease it with oil, and brush the pita with oil on both sides. Place it in the preheated oven, flipping every five minutes until cooked. Once out of the oven, cover it immediately to keep it soft.

The final and important step is to light a piece of charcoal, place it in the middle of the hawawshi, and cover it to give it a grilled flavor👌.

You can also use chicken to stuff the hawawshi alongside the beef.
