In a bowl dissolve the yeast with water stir add sugar, milk, butter, egg stir well then add the flour. Mix well until a soft dough is formed. Transfer the dough to a working surface knead for about 5-10mins. Lightly grease a bowl and transfer the dough cover and allow it to rise for 30-40min.

When risen, roll and cut doughnut shapes, allow it to rise again for 20-30mis. Fry in a hot oil. Use skiwer or any stick to make a hole and filled it with chocolate (I used my homemade chocolate). Enjoy
