  • 100 gmsonions
  • 50 gmgarlic
  • 1 kgtomatoes
  • 1.5 ltrveg's stock
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • leavesBasil

Steps

  1. 1

    Your pan to be medium hot put onions then garlic cook for 5mins

  2. 2

    Add basil and tomatoes chopped and cook for 8mins

  3. 3

    Add your veg stock and let it simmer for 15mins

  4. 4

    Then blend after cooked
