Take all Ingredients.

Very fine mince.
It's better to grind it in the chopper so that it becomes smooth. There shouldn't be any water in qeema - 3
Poppy seeds and Besan Grind them into a fine powder once they are cooled.

Combine everything and knead it for good 10 to 15 minutes.

Give it a coal dum

Leave it for 4 to 5 hours.

Using a pen or straw make round kabab with a hole in the centre.

Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Shallow fry in a wide frying pan for 10 minutes at medium heat.

Make sure the pan is fully hot when the kababs are dropped in otherwise they will leave water.

Ready Gola Kabab,Serve hot.
