Boil potatoes and keep aside.

Dip bread slices in water, squeeze excess water now add boiled and mashed potatoes and all spices mix it properly and give cutlet shape and keep aside for 15 mins Crack egg add milk then whisk well.

Dip 1 cutlet in egg mixture then coat with bread crumbs. If u want extra-crisp then you can coat twice.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the cutlets
Serve the cutlets with any sauce of your choice.
