Wash & soak 1 cup of rice.

In a pan add 4 tbsp oil, 1 star anise, 1 inch cinnamon, 5 cloves, 8 black pepper, 2 bay leaves, 2 cardamom, 1 black cardamom, 4 onions, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tomato, 1 tsp cumin seeds powder, 1 ½ tsp red chilli powder, 2 tsp coriander seeds powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 ½ tsp salt, ⅓ cup curd & 3 tbsp coriander. Fry it well.

Now add 5 boiled eggs, 2 cup of water & 1 cup soaked rice into this. Mix it well & cook for 12 minutes.

Garnish with coriander & serve this delicious egg biryani.
