Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsthin poha
  2. 2 tbsproasted chana daal
  3. 7-8curry leaves
  4. 1green chilli
  5. 1 tspoil
  6. To tasteSalt as per taste
  7. 1 tspturmeric
  8. 1 tspchilli powder
  9. 1 tspsugar powder (optional)
  10. 1small pinch citric acid

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash curry leaves and chop green chilli. Dry roast in a pan.

    Add oil. Once hot add roasted chana dal.

    Once roasted add turmeric powder. Add Poha flakes and all spices. Mix and roast until crisp and done. Add sugar powder and citrus powder. Mix nicely.
