Wash curry leaves and chop green chilli. Dry roast in a pan.

Add oil. Once hot add roasted chana dal.

Once roasted add turmeric powder. Add Poha flakes and all spices. Mix and roast until crisp and done. Add sugar powder and citrus powder. Mix nicely.

Tasty and healthy roasted Poha chivda is ready to serve. Happy Eating..
