Ingredients

  1. 1 kgrice
  2. 100 gonions
  3. 50 gmsgarlic
  4. 2 tspginger
  5. 1.5ltrs of water
  6. Mixed vegetables diced
  7. Pilau masala
  8. Mixed spice

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat your pan cook onions,galic and ginger for 5mins

  2. 2

    Add your spices pilau masala and mixed spices and stir for 3mins

  3. 3

    Add your rice and stir for 2mins

  4. 4

    And your water and let it cook for 15mins

  5. 5

    Then add your veg's cut in cubes and let it simmer. For 4mins
