Heat oil in a cooker and put mustard and cumin and allow to crackle.

Then add hing and peanuts and cook till peanuts turn crisp.

Then add broken red chillies, turmeric and put peas and saute for a while.

Then add cabbage and mix.

Now add rice and enough water and mix.

Then add salt, sugar, patanjali subji masala, curry powder and mix well.

Shut the cooker and cook for 2 whistles.

Cool the cooker and then open the lid and mix well with light hands and serve hot.
