Ingredients

  1. 3red potatoes scubbed and chopped
  2. 1red onion skinned and cut in medium pieces
  3. 6red raddishes they look like carrots sliced in half
  4. 6mushrooms cleaned and cut in pieces
  5. 1leek washed cut in half and sliced 1inch slice use white part
  6. 4Celerly stocks cleaned cut same sizes
  7. 4carrots cleaned, peeled and cut similar size
  8. 2 clovesgarlic peeled and minced
  9. About 2 to 3 tblsp olive oil not extra virgin
  10. to tasteSalt & pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 400° degrees. In a huge bowl mix veggies with olive oil salt pepper

  2. 2

    Put veggies in thin layer on a baking sheet.

  3. 3

    Roast veggies in 400` degree oven for 45 mins to 1 hour untill crips and done inside.
