Add butter and mix then add cold water to form a smooth dough n set aside

Cut the cabbage n carrot to a medium size,in a sauce pan, add little oil then add chopped onions add cabbage n carrot an stire then add the seasonings and allow it to cook stirring continuously then allow it to cool

Flaten the dough with a rolling pin and add the filling on to the dough u can use ur desire cutter or shaper seal the edges with water..

Heat oil and deep fry until golden brown
