  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1small onion
  • 14 ozstale bread (about 400 grams)
  • 1 candiced tomatoes
  • Salt and olive oil, to taste
  • Fresh basil, to taste

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Sauté the garlic and onion.

    Add the bread, cut into pieces, and cook for a few minutes.

    Add the can of tomatoes and cook for about 30 minutes.

    At the end of cooking, add some fresh basil.
