Ingredients

  • 1 kgwheet flour
  • 400 gmghee
  • 400 gmdry fruits
  • 100 gmgond
  • 500 gmGrind sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a wok, add ghee, add wheat flour, roast till light brown, add fried and grind gond in this mixture, mix well.

  2. 2

    Now switch off the flame, add grind sugar and dry fruits.mix well.

  3. 3

    Grease your hand with little ghee, make pinni.
