  • 2 cupSawaiyan (it's hand made from village)
  • 1/2 cupdesi ghee
  • 3 cupswater
  • 1 1/4 cupsugar
  • 3-4Green cardamom
  • 1/4 cupAlmonds slices

Steps

  1. 1

    Desi ghee kardahi mien garam krein or Elaichi daal kar kardkardayein. Phir Sawaiyan daal kar bhoon lien, khushboo aany lggy to pani or cheeni daal dein.

    Pani khushk hony lggy to dumm dein dein. Gal jayein to serve krein (Almonds, dalna na bhoolien)
