Chicken Vada South Indian Style

Add chicken to a mixer-grinder & grind the chicken coarsely

Transfer the ground chicken into a bowl, then add egg, gram flour, chickpea, chopped onion, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt, coriander leaves & mix them well.

Grease little oil in palms, take about 2 tbsp vada mixture & make it in a form of round ball. Make all the vadas' in this process with the rest of the mixture

Heat oil in a pan & deep fry the vadas till they turn golden brown.

And your delicious Chicken Vada are ready to serve!
