Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 cupsabudana
  • 4boiled potatoes
  • 50 gmspeanuts roasted and powdered coarsely
  • 2green chilli
  • 1 tspjeera
  • 1 tspjeera powder
  • 1/2 tspchaat masala
  • Pinchhing
  • To tasteSalt
  • As neededOil
  • For chutney:
  • 1 cuppeanuts
  • 2 cupscurd
  • 1/2 cupcoriander
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 tspjeera
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak sabudana whole night in water. It should completely soak in water, fill the bowl completely with water.Orelse at least soak for 4 hours. Then drain the water in keep it in strainer till water completely dries up.

    Then remove in a bowl and add mashed potatoes,chopped green chillies,jeera, chaat masala, jeera powder,hing, peanut powder,salt and mix everything well.

  3. 3

    Keep oil for frying. Make round balls and flatten it little and give shape of tikki and fry when oil is nicely hot. Fry on high flame. Fry till nice golden in colour.

    Serve with chutney. Take all the ingredients of chutney and grind it to a smooth paste.
