Ingredients

  • 2 bowlsbasmati rice
  • 1 cupchopped onions, carrot, capsicum, cabbage, sweet corns
  • 1 cupsprouts
  • 2 spoonsoil
  • 1 spoonred chilli powder
  • 1 spoonturmeric powder
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1 spoonjeera

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pressure cooker and put oil in it. When oil heats add jeera and bay leaf.

  2. 2

    Now add all vegetables and sprouts.

    Add basmati rice and all masalas. Now add water of 2 cups.

  4. 4

    Add salt and give whistle.

  5. 5

    Biryani is ready to serve. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
