Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500-600 grwhole chicken
  • 2 tspgarlic paste
  • 1 tbspfermented garlic oil (regular oil like sunflower oil is also fine)
  • 2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspfreshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all condiments well.

  2. 2

    Rub the chicken with the mixed condiments.

  3. 3

    Put inside the slow cooker and cook 3-4 hours high or 6-8 hours low.
