This Lorraine quiche is delicious and easy to prepare. Tasty recipe for everyone to try.

To make the pastry sift the flour and salt into a bowl. Cut up the butter into small pieces and add to the flour. Using your finger tips rub until it resembles breadcrumbs.

Add the cold water and knead dough lightly until smooth. Wrap the dough in cling film and chill for 15 mins.

While dough is chilling in the fridge prepare the filling by melting butter in the pan, add the bacon and fry for 2 mins then add the onions.

Cook slowly till golden brown then turn off the heat.

Mix together eggs, cheese, cayenne pepper, black pepper and double

Roll out your dough and line your pastry into the dish. Pour your mixture into the pastry dish.

Bake in 190 degrees oven for 40 mins.
