Add your rice and beans to a pot and parboil,I cook mine together

Wash and drain,add water to the pot and add the parboiled rice and beans,allow to cook till the water is absorbed and both the rice and beans are soft,if the water finishes and they are not yet done,add little water

Wash your vegetables with salt and slice them,arrange as you wish

Fry your oil with some sliced onion,add everything as desired and serve. A nutritious,delicious and cheap treat
