Ingredients

  1. Left over rice
  2. Oil
  3. Scotch bonnet(white)
  4. Oinon
  5. Carrot and pease
  6. White pepper
  7. Soy sauce
  8. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil to your pan,add the blended onion and pepper,stir fry

  2. 2

    Add the cooked veggies and mix well

  3. 3

    Add in the rice,salt,soy sauce and white pepper

  4. 4

    Mix every thing very well on low heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes and its done.
