Ingredients

  1. 1 cup(packed) fresh parsley
  2. 1 cup(packed) fresh cilantro
  3. 1/2 cupextra-virgin olive oil
  4. 1/4 cupwhite onion, chopped
  5. 6 clovesgarlic, minced
  6. 2 tbsRed wine vinegar
  7. 1-2 tspcrushed red pepper (or pepper of your choice depending on your heat tolerance. I use habanero on most everything)
  8. to tasteKosher Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth and it becomes more liquid. Refrigerate for at least an hour before using. ENJOY!
