Ingredients

  • 1 cup(packed) fresh parsley
  • 1 cup(packed) fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cupextra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cupwhite onion, chopped
  • 6 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 2 tbsRed wine vinegar
  • 1-2 tspcrushed red pepper (or pepper of your choice depending on your heat tolerance. I use habanero on most everything)
  • to tasteKosher Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth and it becomes more liquid. Refrigerate for at least an hour before using. ENJOY!
