Ingredients

10 -12 minutes
4 servings
  • 15-18Green chillies
  • 3 tbspchickpea flour (besan)
  • 3 tbspoil
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tspcoriander seeds powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • Pinchasafoetida
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspwater

Steps

10 -12 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and Pat dry the green chillies

    Cut them into small pieces and remove the excess seeds.

    Heat oil, add the cumin seeds, asafoetida and green chillies

    Now add salt, turmeric powder, coriander seeds powder. Mix well.

    Finally add the chickpea four, wait for a minute and mix well. remember to keep the flame medium.

    Mix well. Sprinkle some water and cook for 5- 8 minutes.

    Your besanwali Mirchi is ready to be served along with the place or dal rice.
