Wash and Pat dry the green chillies

Cut them into small pieces and remove the excess seeds.

Now add salt, turmeric powder, coriander seeds powder. Mix well.

Mix well. Sprinkle some water and cook for 5- 8 minutes.

Your besanwali Mirchi is ready to be served along with the place or dal rice.
