Wash the rice and urad daal well. Add the fenugreek seeds to the mix and fill enough water in the rice-daal bowl to cover them about 2-inch deep. Soak overnight.

The next morning, drain all the water from the rice and urad daal. Now put some in a food processor and grind and make smooth batter.

After fermentation mix batter well add salt in it and batter is ready for making dosa.

Put some oil on pan or tawa and pour batter in centre,spread it in circular motion and spread roughly 5 to 6 inches diameter.

When upper surface cooked then turn it cook it more for 2 minutes and flip it.

Serve hot yummilicious dosa with Sambar, coconut Chutney or sauce.
