In a pan take basmati rice wash and soak 10 minutes

Now cook in a pan with water when boil strain excess water and keep a side

In a kadai add ghee when hot add cashews and raisins stir it now add cloves, green cardamom,bay leaf, cinnamon sticks black pepper stir it

Now add chopped vegetables and salt, sugar, cover 5 minute

Now add cooked rice and mix well and cover it with lid 5 minutes

Rice pulao is ready for serve you can enjoy it with any vegetable or dal
