Boil 500 ml of milk in a pan and add dissolve the saffron strings in some milk and add 3 tbsp of sugar and stir until it is reduced.

Add 500 ml milk In a pan. When milk is boil add lemon juice gradually and stir till the whey separates from the milk solids.

Then add in cotton clothes wash chena with cold water.

Keep it in the clothes for 30 minutes.

Knead thought hand for 5-7 minutes. Mix 1 tbsp sugar powder in it and make rasmalai shape, and steam on a steamer.

Steam for 5 minutes it will be double the sized.

Sift In a serving bowl, and garnish with pistachio nuts and serve.
