Take required no of potatoes wash and peel them out completely and slice them with help of slicer(round shape).

Take gramflour add water to make thick consistency batter dont make it runny.now add salt hing and turmeric powder little oil and eno and mix well.now deep potato slices one by one deep fry them in hot oil and our quick easy bhajiyas are ready to serve with chutney and chai.enjoy
