  1. 2 cupsalmond flour
  2. 1/3 cupswerve sweetener
  3. PinchHimalayan salt
  4. 1 tspvanilla extract
  5. 1/2 cupmelted butter
  6. 1egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven at 300 f. Mix first 4 ingredients.add melted butter.add 1 egg, mixture very well. Until they are all combined.

    Lay cookie sheet with parchment paper and Using measuring cup place the dough evenly into cookie sheet and use your fingers to press the portions, cook about 25-27 minutes, until edges turn brown. since I doubled the ingredients I had 23 cookies so far, you will have 12

I used to be a runner. One day middle of the run, I had my feet numb up to my knee. It was sciatica from a car accident years ago. Then because having problems with my Achilles, I started using a cane. Now I changed my diet completely... no more sugar or process foods. My recent recipes are vegetarian, I do not eat meat anymore! Also no sugar, flour and very low carbohydrate meals .This is my journey now. Good luck on yours! 😄✌️
