Ingredients

  • 1Brinjal
  • 4onion chopped
  • 2tomato chopped
  • To tastesalt
  • To tastered chilli powder
  • 1 tspdry coriander powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 2 tbspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take brinjal roast it from all sides

  2. 2

    Now Peel it and mash it

  3. 3

    Take a pan heat the ghee

  4. 4

    Add onion, tomato and soute it

  5. 5

    Add all spices and mix well

  6. 6

    Now add roast and mash brinjal in it and cook it

  7. 7

    Serve it
