Sieve and mix all the dry ingredients together.

Boil the milk along with butter.

Then add curd and essence into the milk.

Then gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix it well.

Grease a cake tin with butter and pour the batter in it and bake it in a preheated oven in 15 degree Celsius for 40-45 minutes.

After that check it with the help of a toothpick whether it is perfectly baked or not. If it comes out clearly then it is perfectly baked.

Then your hot milk custard cake is ready. Cut it into small pieces and serve by garnishing with some chopped almonds and pistachios.
