Rat ko channe bhago ke rakh diye.subha pakne ke liye rakh diye 3 hour ke liye.phir pani nikal liya channo ka

Patili Mai ghee dala.jab ghee garm ho geya tu us Mai onion dalen.phir onion ko fry kiya

Onion ko light brown kr ke nikal liya.

Phir onion dehi.mircho ko grind Kar liya

Jis ghee Mai onion fry kiye te use Mai lehsan adrak dala.or tomato dal ke bona

Tomato Bonne ke bad us main salt mirchen zeera.. dhaniya powder dala or bona.phir 5 minute ke liye dam pe rakha

Phir 5 min bad bona or channel add kiye

Phir dehi wala mixture dala or itne dair bonna ke ghee uper aa geya

Phir 2 glass water add kr ke 30 minute pakne ke liye rakh diya

30 minute bad serve Karen dish Mai dal ke

Phir Hara dhaniya.Hari mirchen.fry onion se garnish karen
