Chopped the moongre in 2 or 3 inch piece.rinse them in running water 3-4 times.heat oil in a pan add potatoes.

Saute the potatoes for 3-4 mint on a mindium flame.add the chopped moongre.stir the veggies and saute again for 3-4 mint.

Add all dry spices mix well.cover and cook 20-25 mint in a low flame.check the veggies and stir them between. add garam masala powder.

Serve the aloo moongre ki sabzi with rotis.
