Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook pasta according to instructions. Cook garlic gently in olive oil for a min or two. Meanwhile chop the anchovies

Add anchovies and turn up the heat. Stir and add wine, let it evaporate on high heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes then turn down the heat. Add breadcrumbs and stir

Add parsley to the sauce then drain pasta al dente saving a ladle of cooking water. Add pasta and cooking water to sauce. Mix well and serve with a drizzle of olive oil on top 😀
