Cooking Instructions

:Chopped the following (carrots, onions, green pepper, green beans) and set aside in a different plates. Parboil the rice, sieve out the water and set it aside.

Put the pot on fire, pour in about 15cl of vegetable oil. Allow to heat then add the sliced onions stir for about 2 minutes then add the chopped carrot and green beans, Stir for another 2 minutes then add the curry powder and thyme, add dry pepper,add sweet corn, add green papper

Pour the parboil rice and add a little water and cook for another 10minutes, If the water has dried up and the rice is still hard. Add a little water till the rice is soft.

Serve Nigerian Fried Rice with Moi Moi, Nigerian Salad or Coleslaw.
