Steps

In a large mixing bowl, add in the minced meat, half the onions, garlic and ginger paste. Give it a good mix. Season with salt and pepper.

Add in the grated cheese and mix it up

Break in the egg and mix it evenly

Add in the bread crumbs and give a final thorough mix.

Mould balls as you scoop using a teaspoon so as to ensure equal portion

Pan fry the balls until they get a nice coating all round

Remove and allow to rest it

For the sauce, you will sweat the rest of the onions and add in the tomatoes, tomato paste and water.

Dip in the meat balls and allow to simmer till the liquid reduces by half

Add in the chopped dhania
