Paneer Guldasta
Steps

Make tomato and onion puree separately in a mixy.
Make cubes of paneer in all equal sizes.
Take 1 piece and spread lasun chutney on it.
Then again take 1 piece of paneer and spread green chutney on.
Now club both together and cover it with 3rd piece of paneer.
Make a slurry of all purpose flour by adding water to it and mixing it well and making thin batter of it. - 2
Dip this paneer in to it and fry it in the oil.
Cut this pieces in to 2 from in between.
U will mark green colour and red colour of paneer in the center of paneer which we exactly needed to show it like a guldasta of paneer cubes.
Now temperory keep this paneer pieces aside.
Heat oil in a pan. - 3
Add cumin seeds and let it sputter for a while.
Add asafoetida to it.
Then add onion puree to it and let it be golden brown in colour.
Now add tomato puree to it and all the spices mention above except cream and butter.
Add half glass of water to it. - 4
Mix it well and cook it till oil separates from it.
Now switchoff the flame and add fresh cream and butter.
Take a plate put gravy in it.
Add paneer guldasta pieces on it. - 5
Garnish it with coriander and mint leaves.
Our scrumptious and tempting unique dish is ready friends.
It can be serve with nan, plain paratha,roti and chapati as per ur choice of eating it.
